Our Approach

At The Walk of Life Counseling Center we use solution focused therapy and strength based approaches to help you find relief for your depressive symptoms. Together, you and your therapist will do a review of your history and identify your symptoms. Your treatment will begin with either weekly or bi weekly appointments to explore ways to reduce your depressive symptoms. We have found that by first focusing on symptom relief we can clear mental and emotional space to eventually dive deeper and understand the root of the depression.
