Book a Session with Meredith

Hi, I’m Meredith.

After working in clinical research for fourteen years, my personal experience with grief

galvanized a lifelong calling to work in the mental health field. I believe in the healing power of relationship and strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to

engage in the therapeutic process and to improve their lives.

My treatment approach focuses on helping you trace the patterns that have quietly shaped your life- habits of thought, feeling, and relating that once protected you but no longer serve you. Guided by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I focus on cultivating insight, increasing psychological flexibility, and supporting you as you make intentional, values-driven choices. I invite you to slow down, listen inward, and notice the stories you carry with compassion rather than judgment. Together, we will explore what truly matters to you, the values that steady you, and the choices that bring you closer to a life that feels honest and alive. My role is to walk beside you as you let go of what no longer serves you, reclaim your agency, and step toward a more spacious, meaningful way of being.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

– Carl Rogers

Executive Functioning

I believe executive functioning skills are essential to how we manage daily life, yet they are often misunderstood. Difficulties with organization, time management, focus, or follow through are not character flaws. They are skill based challenges that can be strengthened with the right support. Too often, we expect ourselves or our children to simply try harder, without recognizing that planning, prioritizing, and emotional regulation are skills that develop over time.

With my training and experience, I help individuals and families understand how executive functioning impacts school, work, and home life. Whether the challenges show up as procrastination, overwhelm, incomplete tasks, or big emotions, I work to identify patterns and build practical strategies that align with how your brain works.

Executive functioning challenges can feel discouraging, but they do not define your potential. With intentional skill building and support, meaningful growth is possible. I want to help you move from frustration to clarity, confidence, and consistent follow through.

Anxiety

I believe anxiety is a natural response to feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or under pressure, but it does not have to control your life. Many people learn to push through anxiety or ignore it, without understanding what it is trying to communicate. With my training and experience, I help individuals identify the root causes of their anxiety and understand the patterns that keep it going.

Anxiety can show up in the mind, body, and relationships, often creating a constant sense of tension or worry. My work focuses on helping clients develop insight, coping skills, and emotional regulation so they can feel more grounded and in control. Anxiety may be a part of your story, but it does not have to define you. I want to help you build confidence, clarity, and a sense of calm so you can move through life with greater ease and intention.
