Ms. Rhines is a value and skills-based therapist. She focuses on breaking down each client's individual narrative and focuses on objectifying the problems they bring into the room. In doing so, the client will learn to identify and change their outlook to one that is more powerful and positive. Ms. Rhines believes in the importance of curiosity, support, and building a relationship with each client.
